We help organizations improve their programs through culturally sensitive and equity-focused program evaluation. Our services range from evaluation design consultation to multi-site, multi-year evaluations utilizing qualitative and quantitative data. We approach our projects through an inclusive, equitable evaluation process that takes into account multiple perspectives, and benefits clients and participants. In our evaluations, we are intentional about including a diverse group of stakeholders, and we strive to create evaluative processes that involve the group of interest in planning, data collection, analysis and reporting. We report findings by key characteristics of interest to stakeholders, such as location or racial demographics.
